Event and Meeting Attendees

All event attendees, whether participating online, or in person at the Wellcome Genome Campus, are expected to abide by this Code of Conduct as part of an event booking.

Please read our Code of Conduct for Attendees of All Meetings and Events Held at the Hinxton Hall Conference Centre

Arriving on Campus

The Campus operates a range of security measures including traffic control barriers at the entrance to the site. Event organisers provide Hinxton Hall Conference Centre with the names of all attendees, and all attendees should be issued with a parking permit if arriving by car. To gain access to the event you are attending you will either need to have this parking permit or your name needs to be on the event list with our security team.

By car

Bring the parking permit you received from the organiser of the event you are attending. This permit also permits you to park in the Conference Centre car park for the duration of the event.

By foot or cycle

Your name will be on the event list at security. Once through the barriers, follow the signs to Conference Centre and cycle parking is located outside.

Taxi

Your name will be on the event list at security. The taxi drop-off and collection point is outside the Conference Centre Reception.
