Arriving on Campus
The Campus operates a range of security measures including traffic control barriers at the entrance to the site. To gain access to the event, the event organiser will need to have shared your name with out security team, or issued you with a parking permit, if applicable.
If the event organiser organises coach travel for you, your name will be on the event list given to security and the bus will go straight through to the Conference Centre.
Bring the parking permit you received from the organiser of the event you are attending, and show it at the traffic control barrier. This permit also permits you to park in the Conference Centre car park for the duration of the event.
By foot or cycle
Your name will be on the event list at security. Once through the barriers, follow the signs to Conference Centre and cycle parking is located outside.
Your name will be on the event list at security. The taxi drop-off and collection point is outside the Conference Centre Reception.
