Hinxton Hall Conference Centre privacy notice

This Privacy Notice explains how we, as Data Controller, handle your personal data when you engage with us. It also provides details of the rights that you have under data protection law. Code of conduct for attendees of all meetings and events at the Hinxton Hall Conference Centre

This is the code of conduct by which all event attendees, whether participating online, or in person at the Wellcome Genome Campus, are expected to abide as part of an event booking.

Children at the Conference Centre

Adults bringing children onto Campus whilst attending an event at the Conference Centre will need to agree to these the terms and conditions, in advance.

Wellcome Genome Campus CCTV Policy statement

The purpose of this policy is to regulate the management, operation and use of the Closed Circuit Television System (CCTV) at the Wellcome Genome Campus.
