Dining in our Event Space
Ideal for corporate dinners, gala dinners and special celebrations, our new dining package is designed for groups of 200 guests or more.
This package includes a glass of sparkling wine on arrival, a three-course served meal, half a bottle of house wine per person, and exclusive use of our Event Space with round tables, table linen, Chiavari chairs, decorative uplighters, and security, if required.
Conveniently located between Cambridge and Saffron Walden, Hinxton Hall Conference Centre offers ample free parking, beautiful surroundings, and on-site accommodation.

Our Event Space package includes the following menu:
Starter:
Butternut squash soup, sweet potato, crispy bacon crumble, garlic and thyme croutons, infused chilli oil
Main course (choice of):
Powter’s of Newmarket corn-fed chicken supreme, braised shallot, cavolo nero, puy lentils, rosemary roast potatoes, smoked bacon and cider sauce.
Spiced and roasted cauliflower, cashew nut hummus, dukkha and puffed wild rice, infused curry oil and golden raisins dressing (Ve)
Dessert:
Gluten-free chocolate tart, whipped mascarpone and winter berries coulis (V)
Served with filtered water, a selection of teas, and filtered coffee.
