Summer parties in the Cambridgeshire countryside

Bring your team together with a summer party at Hinxton Hall, set within 125 acres of peaceful parkland between Cambridge and Saffron Walden.

Our beautiful grounds provide plenty of space for corporate summer parties, outdoor team-building activities and relaxed celebrations with colleagues.

Enjoy drinks and a barbecue prepared by our in-house catering team on the patio, take part in activities across our grounds, or add a marquee for larger summer events.

With ample free parking and a convenient location close to the M11, Hinxton Hall is an ideal summer party venue near Cambridge.

For guests travelling from further afield, we also have 126 comfortable en-suite bedrooms in our on-site accommodation.

Good food is an important part of any summer celebration. Our in-house catering team can provide a barbecue featuring a selection of summer favourites, accompanied by ice cream and fruit platters.

We can cater for a range of dietary requirements and will work with you to find food options that suit your event.

Add team-building activities or entertainment to create a summer party your colleagues will remember.

We work with specialist event companies offering a wide range of team-building experiences, from treasure hunts, inflatables and circus skills to sports-day-style challenges.

For entertainment, we can also help arrange options such as music or a photo booth. If you have something else in mind, talk to our team and we’ll be happy to explore the possibilities with you.
