Our accommodation facilities comprise modern and comfortable single, double, twin (two single beds), triple (one double bed, and one single bed) and accessible rooms, all set within a quiet and tranquil environment. These are open to everyone and available all year round, apart from the Christmas period, when we are closed.

Every room has:

• free Wi-Fi
• tea and coffee making facilities
• iron and ironing board
• hairdryer
• TV/Plasma screen
• media hub

Bedrooms are set up to allow guests to work comfortably in their rooms, should they need to, with large desks, Wi-Fi, media hubs, and screens.

Water coolers are located in the corridors; please bring your own bottle to refill.

Mulberry Court bedrooms have air conditioning. Willow Court does not.

Guests have access to electric vehicle charging points between 7pm and 7am. These are not in the Conference Centre car park, but in a separate car park, a five minute walk away.

Food and drink

Breakfast is included with all room bookings.

Overnight guests can also take full advantage of the residents’ bar in Hinxton Hall, which offers a selection of drinks and bar food, such as pizzas.
When the bar is closed (its opening is subject to minimum resident occupancy), guests can order food to take to their rooms via an app.

Booking with a pre-authorised code

If you are booking your accommodation as part of an event at Hinxton Hall and have a booking code, use the form below. This is to pay for a bedroom which has been pre-reserved by an event organiser, who will have given you a code.

Booking without a pre-authorised code

Our accommodation is open to everyone and available all year round, apart from the Christmas period, when we are closed.
