Conference and event accommodation

We offer 126 comfortable en-suite bedrooms, located within our peaceful 125-acre estate on the Wellcome Genome Campus in Cambridgeshire. Close to Hinxton Hall's conference facilities, our accommodation is an ideal choice for people attending conferences and events at Hinxton Hall.

Why stay at Hinxton Hall?

Staying on site means everything you need is within easy reach. Choose from single, double, twin, triple and accessible rooms across our two accommodation buildings, Mulberry Court and Willow Court.

Water coolers are available throughout the accommodation buildings, so please bring a reusable bottle if you'd like to refill it during your stay.

Guests can also use our electric vehicle charging points between 7pm and 7am. These are located in a separate car park, approximately five minutes' walk from the Conference Centre.

Food and drink

Breakfast is included with all room bookings.

Overnight guests can relax in the residents’ bar in Hinxton Hall, which serves a selection of drinks and bar food, including pizzas.

When the bar is closed (opening hours are subject to resident occupancy), guests can order food to take to their rooms via an app.

Recreation

Booking with a pre-authorised code

If you're attending a conference or event at Hinxton Hall and have received a booking code from your organiser, use the booking form below to reserve your pre-allocated room.

If your code doesn’t work, or the booking is less than two weeks away, please call Reception on +44 (0)1223 495000 or email conference.reception@hinxtonhall.org.

We have been made aware of organisations claiming to provide accommodation booking services on our behalf.

Accommodation can only be booked directly with Hinxton Hall by telephone, email or by using the booking code on this website, through your event organiser, or via Booking.com.
