Booking with a pre-authorised code

If you are booking your accommodation as part of a professional event at Hinxton Hall and have a booking code, use the form below. This is to pay for a bedroom which has been pre-reserved by an event organiser, who will have given you a code.

Booking for a leisure or without a pre-authorised code

Our accommodation is open to everyone and available all year round, apart from the Christmas period, when we are closed.

Option 1: booking.com – We regularly offer rooms two months ahead. For big events in the local area, availability will be up further in advance.

Option 2: directly with Reception – conference.reception@hinxtonhall.org, or +44 (0)1223 495000, for individual bookings and for bookings of up to 10 rooms.

Event organisers

If you are organising accommodation for group needing more than ten bedrooms, please contact out Events team – conference.centre@hinxtonhall.org or +44 (0)1223 495123.

If you are booking accommodation as part of an event you are organising at the Conference Centre, this can be booked under contract as part of your event.
