Celebrate Christmas

We are all set to take bookings for Christmas parties 2024, catering for the very organised!

Hinxton Hall Conference Centre and its unique architecture and location is a great place to celebrate the year end with your colleagues.

This year we’ve designed our most flexible offer yet, allowing you to choose from a served or buffet lunch or dinner, with drinks package add-ons. We can also organise after-dinner entertainment, and have comfortable, onsite accommodation for those who want to extend the evening. Importantly, we can cater for large groups of up to 300 guests.

Chicken liver parfait cranberry & orange compote pistachio toast
Smoked mackerel & leek tart mustard crème fraîche, fine leaves

How it works

For smaller groups of up to 30, Christmas dining is served in the beautifully-decorated Pompeiian room, Green Room, or Library period rooms. Larger groups of up to 300 guests will be accommodated in the Dining Room. Our impressive Event Space is also available to hire at an extra cost.

Choose from the menu

For the served dinner menu: organisers will select two starters, two mains and two desserts from the menu above (one of each course chosen needs to include the vegetarian). Vegan alternatives of vegetarian courses are available on request.
You will then share these choices with your guests, collate responses, and let us know how many of each dish have been ordered.

Drinks

Drinks options – from £19 (+VAT) per person

• Prosecco package  – Two drinks on arrival (prosecco or sparkling elderflower) and half a bottle of wine with the meal
• Mulled wine package – Two drinks on arrival (mulled wine or non-alcoholic alternative) and half a bottle of wine with the meal
• Bucket of eight mixed beers (2 Toast IPA, 2 Brewdog IPA, 2 Peroni and 2 Guiness)

Entertainment

We can organise a disco, or band, or look into other forms of entertainment you and your colleagues may enjoy.

Accommodation

We have excellent on-site accommodation available if you’d like to extend your event to include an overnight stay. We are offering a reduced rate for accommodation, when booking a Christmas party. Ask us for more details.
