Hinxton Hall Conference Centre and its unique architecture and location is a great place to celebrate the year end with your colleagues.

Our venue is perfect for smaller groups of up to 30, for whom Christmas dining is served in our intimate and beautifully-decorated period rooms: Pompeiian room, Green Room, or Library.

We can also accommodate larger groups of up to 300 guests in the Dining Room, and our impressive Event Space is also available to hire at an extra cost.

Choose one of the menus

• Decide whether you'd like the traditional or informal menu.
• If you go for the traditional, choose whether you'd like it served as fine dining or two- or three-course or buffet (with starter served).
• Choose a drinks package (standard for winter celebration, or one from our drinks reception menu)

For the traditional dinner, the organiser should collate guest responses, and let us know menu choices two weeks in advance.

Would you like entertainment?

We can organise a disco, band, bingo or photo booth, or look into other forms of entertainment you and your colleagues may enjoy.

Would you like to make it an overnight do?

We have excellent on-site accommodation available if you’d like to extend your event to include an overnight stay, and offer a reduced rate for party guests!
