Spring into Summer at Hinxton Hall Conference Centre

Surrounded by over 125 acres of parkland, Hinxton Hall Conference Centre’s beautiful outdoor spaces are ideal for summer events, team-building activities, and weekend workshops or retreats.

Summer parties

We often host al fresco events in the summer months. These are usually, but not exclusively, end of conference celebrations or relaxed lunchtime BBQs. We can feed up to 500 guests outdoors, who can enjoy either our BBQ menu or another option.

Wondering what’s on the BBQ menu?

Pork ribs with pickled red onions and crispy shallots
Hot dog with American mustard, ketchup and caramelised onions
Chicken skewers with apricot harissa, lemon and honey
BBQ beef brisket
Mushroom skewers with smoked paprika and pomegranate molasses (vg)
Vegetarian hot dog with American mustard, ketchup and caramelised onions (v)

All with fries, classic potato salad, coleslaw, Caesar salad, and green salad

followed by dessert

To protect from the elements, clients frequently have marquees on the lawns. And it’s useful that we have plenty of luxury accommodation, for those events with a relaxed, late finish!

Team building

We work with specialist events companies offering an extensive selection of indoor and outdoor team building experiences, ranging from crime investigations and physical challenges to filmmaking. Team building activities can be enjoyed as meeting add-ons or as independent half- or full-day events.

Weekend workshops or retreats

The combination of our peaceful rural setting and on-site accommodation makes the venue ideal for weekend workshops or retreats. Artists and creatives will find many a tranquil corner in the extensive grounds, from which to run outdoor workshops for small or large groups.
