Meet the team: part one

There have been some exciting developments in the Hinxton Hall Conference and Events team.

For those of you who have worked with our team before, you might be interested to hear about the role changes and promotions that have happened recently.

We are delighted to announce that Kelly Butler now leads the team as our Business and Events Senior Manager. Kelly is focussed on financial and business development activities, working closely with Wellcome Connecting Science, Head of Programme Operations, Katrina Robinson.

The day-to-day Conference and Events team management is led by Rebecca Loffman, as Conference and Events Manager, who heads up a team of three Conference and Events organisers running over 400 events between them each year.

Our Systems and Process Manager, Kat Mace oversees the databases, policies and systems that are used by the team on a daily basis. Kat and the team are supported by the Conference and Events Administrator, Tanya Hudgell, who works on a variety of tasks from managing client feedback, project research and event support.

Our Conference and Events team have a wealth of experience, ensuring that they can provide you with effective advice when planning your meeting or conference. They are always happy to discuss your event requirements, whether you need a last-minute booking, or are planning for 2024 – so do get in touch!

We had a wonderful time at our Conference. The facilities are world-class, and the staff are outstanding, professional and friendly, offering a great customer experience. The catering was excellent. Everything was considered, right down to the last tiny detail. I would not hesitate to recommend Hinxton Hall Conference Centre to anyone planning their next event.
