Hinxton Hall Conference Centre Open Afternoon 2023

by Amy Sullivan, Conference and Events Organiser

Last December we held our first Open Afternoon, inviting event planners and anyone interested in the venue to take a look around our facilities, and meet the team and a number of our regular suppliers.  Conference and Events Organiser, Amy Sullivan, provides us with a round-up of the event.

Tuesday 12 December 2023 saw Hinxton Hall Conference Centre open its doors to welcome visitors and give them the opportunity to explore our venue and its exceptional facilities.

This was also a chance for some of our trusted suppliers to highlight their services to an industry-specific crowd, with some exhibitors giving real-time tasters, such as an event-branded photo booth and an inflatable version of ‘The Cube’.

The event had a festive feel, thanks to the Christmas playlist and the wonderful seasonal catering. The Christmas bakes and fruit scones with clotted cream and jam, were particularly popular!

Who were the delegates?

Local event planner delegates from various sectors came from as far as London, keen to explore the Conference Centre’s offering. Our team were happy to begin new professional relationships with these individuals, and provide information and contact links.
