Over a hundred bedrooms for business or leisure bed and breakfast

Not everyone knows that we have a large number of modern and comfortable bedrooms on the Hinxton Hall Conference Centre site, which are available for both business and leisure use!

We offer single, double, twin (two single beds), triple (one double bed, and one single bed) and accessible rooms, in a quiet and beautiful setting.
As well as being the obvious accommodation choice for delegates attending business events at the Conference Centre, or on the Wellcome Genome Campus, our accommodation is also open to everyone and available all year round (with the exception of over the Christmas period). We have had excellent reviews from people stay with us when attending big events in the local area, such as IWM Duxford air shows, and the Audley End summer concerts. We are also available for group bookings, such those attending a wedding in the local area.

Food

Breakfast is included with all room bookings, and overnight guests can also take full advantage of the residents’ bar in Hinxton Hall, which offers a selection of drinks and bar food, such as pizzas. When the bar is closed, or for late arrivals, guests can order food to take to their rooms via an app.

Recreation

The Campus estate comprises 125 acres of parkland, with paths allowing guests to go for a nice stroll. For those looking to do a bit of exercise, we have an outdoor trim track comprising 12 exercise stations, and an outdoor gym, which delegates can use in daylight and fair weather. Booking for a leisure or business stay

Our accommodation is open to everyone. Accommodation can be booked via our page on booking.com where we list our rooms two months ahead. For big events in the local area, availability will be up further in advance.

Booking accommodation for event delegates

Delegates attending an event at our Conference Centre have usually been given a pre-authorised booking code by the event organiser, if booking and paying for their own accommodation. We have now made this process easier, by making it possible to book directly using the code on our website, via our new SpeedyBooker widget on the book accommodation page.
